- For one night reservation add $75.00.
- A 5% discount for 4 or 6 nights and 10% for a 7 nights reservation.
- A $500.00 reservation per unit is required.
- For the holiday season from December 25, 2008 to January 1, 2009. No discounts allowed for late arrivals on early departures.
- For the period of December 23 to January 4 2009, 3 night reservation minimum is obligatory.
- FOR A RESERVATION OF 3 OR MORE NIGHTS WE GIVE YOU ONE FREE NIGHT BETWEEN MARCH 25 TO JUNE 15, 2008 AND FROM AUGUST 24 TO DECEMBER 22, 2008. (Ex: 3 nights for the price of 2)
- FOR RESERVATIONS OF 4 NIGHTS OR MORE WE GIVE YOU ONE FREE NIGHT BETWEEN JUNE 16 TO AUGUST 23, 2008. (Ex: 4 nights for the price of 3)
- FOR EARLY RESERVATION WITH US BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2008 – 3 NIGHTS OR MORE FROM DECEMBER 23, 2008 AND MARCH 22, 2009 YOU RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL 5% DISCOUNT.
- FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 5 TO FEBRUARY 5, 2009 5 NIGHTS LODGING FOR THE PRICE OF 4 NIGHTS.
- All price are in Canadian dollars and payable in Canadian dollars.

Do not be worried about low prices. All of our Condos are clean and be offer personalized service. We, the owners live in the area and we are available at the times.
No pets are allowed in the condos.
